How I Can Help…

Evaluation and Treatment
Your first PT visit is a comprehensive assessment where we discuss your goals, pain, and medical history, pinpoint the root cause of your issue and create a personalized treatment plan.
This evaluation ensures your therapy is tailored to your unique needs for faster, lasting results.
-
Prehabilitation
Pre-hab is a preventive strategy that focuses on strengthening the body, enhancing mobility, and preventing potential issues BEFORE they develop.
In terms of pre-surgical intervention or treatment, pre-hab focuses on improving your functional capacity PRIOR TO surgery, in order to ensure a easier and speedier recovery post-surgery.

Virginia is a Direct Access state, meaning to work with me in a physical therapy capacity, you do NOT need a referral from a physician. However, if you would like to continue treatment after 60 days from the start of service, then a referral from a physician is needed based on regulations of the Virginia State Board of Physical Therapy.

I operate as an out-of-network, cash-based provider, so you pay directly. However, many insurers offer reimbursement for a percentage of your physical therapy treatments.
